• Whereas the dumpster at 204 North Harvey is paid for by fees paid by the owners of said building;
• Whereas surrounding buildings have their own dumpsters;
• Whereas said dumpster is of limited size and often overflows;
• Henceforth the the dumpster at 204 North Harvey shall now be considered off limits to those who are not residents of said building.

• Whereas Bowling Green, Kentucky has been Jeff's home since birth;
• Whereas Jeff's government requires a permanent seat;
• Henceforth Bowling Green, Kentucky shall be Capital of Earth.
